For a portion of the day, the moon will cover at least part of the sun - what better place to experience this celestial event than the Science Museum? Eclipse-themed activities and make-and-take projects. Because Minnesota is not in the path of totality (a narrow strip of land that stretches from Oregon to South Carolina this time around), we won’t witness a total eclipse here in Saint Paul. Most of Minnesota will be able to see a 80% eclipse, though (weather permitting). At 1:07 p.m., there will be an eclipse viewing party on the level 3 terrace of the Science Museum. Get safety tips for the viewing, including free eclipse glasses, and witness this cool cosmic event!
Museum admission $18.95 adult, $12.95 4-12, Senior 65+ $12.95
